By using HSKDrills.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

2. Educational tool, not official authority

The Site provides study tools for the HSK exam. We are not affiliated with Hanban / Chinese Testing International (CTI) or any official testing body. Vocabulary lists are based on publicly published HSK syllabi; we do not reproduce official exam papers.

3. No guarantees

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Practice on the Site does not guarantee any exam result. Sample sentences and explanations may contain errors; please verify with authoritative sources before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape the Site at high frequency, attempt to disrupt its operation, attempt to bypass advertising or rate limits, or use the Site to harass others.

5. Intellectual property

Site code, design, and original explanations are © HSKDrills.com. The HSK vocabulary lists themselves are factual data. Sample sentences may incorporate or be derived from openly licensed sources (e.g., Tatoeba, CC-BY) with attribution where required, or be machine-generated and reviewed.

6. User content

The Site does not host user-generated content. Contact form messages are handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Site may include links to or embed services from third parties (e.g., Google AdSense, browser-native speech synthesis, hosting providers). Their terms govern those services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
